Refund and Returns
Starwind Design makes every reasonable effort to package and secure all items as to prevent damage. If a product is received damaged please contact us immediately.
Damaged or Defective
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact Starwind Design within 5 days of receipt. We may request photos of the received items. We will work with you on replacing the item or issuing a partial or full refund. If damaged will work with the carrier to get a full refund.
We do not except returns on 3D printed items. Please make sure your order is correct before placing the order.
We will except returns on non-custom dice bags. Please contact us within 20 days of receipt. The dice bag must be undamaged and in the same condition sent. Send back the item using USPS mail and once received we will refund the money
